Refund, privacy and delivery policies
Refunds: No refunds are available for purchase of membership or merchandise. Exchanges are available for merchandise upon request. Tax receipts will be issued for donations only.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information is for the use of CLAIHR only in communicating with you and will not be rented or sold.
Delivery: Merchandise will be shipped by (surface) mail to the address provided by you. Shipping costs for exchanges of merchandise will be to the account of the purchaser to return the merchandise to CLAIHR for the exchange.
